What is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a chemical compound known as a cannabinoid found in the hemp plant.

Will CBD get me high?
No, CBD is a non-psychoactive compound, meaning that it will not produce a 'high' effect.

What is the difference between CBD and THC?
CBD and THC are both cannabinoids found in cannabis plants that have the ability to interact with our cannabinoid receptors. Hemp is dominant in CBD. The key difference is within the way they bind to our receptors. THC binds with the cannabinoid 1 (CB1) receptors in the brain. As a result, a 'high' or a sense of 'euphoria' is produced. In contrast, CBD binds very weakly, if at all, to CB1 receptors.

Is CBD safe?
The 'World Health Organisation' produced a report concluding that CBD is safe to consume and does not bear any abuse / dependance potential.

Is CBD legal?
Yes, CBD is legal in the UK as long as each CBD product contains less than 0.01% of THC. They are legal to buy and sell in the UK as long as it is derived from an industrial hemp strain that is EU-approved.

How much CBD should I take?
It is recommended by the FSA (Food Standards Agency) that healthy adults should not consume more than 70mg of CBD per day, unless a doctor recommends otherwise.

How does CBD work?
CBD interacts with the endocannabinoid system in the body, just like all other cannabinoids. The endocannabinoid system is responsible for regulating many bodily functions, including movement, pain, emotions, mood, memories, appetite, sleep, inflammation and more. There are two types of cannabinoid receptors (CB1 & CB2). These receptors are located throughout the body but are specifically present in the central nervous system and immune system.

No, currently we only ship to the UK.

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3 days production time for your order to ship out. Average shipping times are 3-5 working days.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
Yes. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to send it back to us for a full refund. To request a return, please email info@canablend.co.uk and include your full name and order number. Please note, items must be sent in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs will be at your own expense unless the item you received is faulty or damaged. You must send proof of postage via email, otherwise a refund cannot be processed. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Please Include your full name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before it ships. If the item has already been sent out, please use our return system to receive a full refund.
